Licensed since 2006, he brings nearly two decades of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout Palm Springs, Cathedral City, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, and La Quinta. He ranks within the top 10% of agents locally by MLS production and averages approximately 18 real estate transactions per year. His specialties include luxury homes, relocation services, and creative financing.

Lanay Berry
Lanay Berry is a seasoned real estate agent with a passion for service and community impact. With a degree in economics from Cal State Long Beach, Lanay entered the real estate industry in 2016, quickly establishing herself as a trusted advisor in the greater Palm Springs area and across California.
In 2016, Lanay and her husband Justin co-founded Caritas Realty, a boutique agency committed to personalized client experiences and ethical practices. Beyond her professional endeavors, she is deeply involved in giving back to her community. She has been an active participant in numerous non-profit organizations, including Junior League, and has dedicated her time to coaching soccer and volleyball in local schools and at the College of the Desert.
Her contributions to philanthropy have not gone unnoticed, as she was honored with the Women in Philanthropy award by Desert Charities News in both 2022 and 2023. Family plays a central role in Lanay’s life, as she and Justin cherish their blended family of three children, ages 16, 14, and 3.
